How does a head hunting company assess the candidate

After the contract is signed, how long the candidates can be offered? How many batches of candidates can be offered for one position?

Generally, a head hunting company will offer the first batch of 3-4 candidates within 15 workdays after the contract is signed, then, offer the second and third batches of candidates, 2-3 candidates each time, within 3 weeks. One searching course can be finished within 35 workdays in general.
