Who should undertake travel fee arising from the interview if the candidate is in other place?
It depends on two conditions. One is that head hunting company go to other place for interview with candidates; the other is that candidates go to enterprises for interview.
As for the former condition, head hunting company should ask for the agreement of the enterprise that expense is assumed by the enterprise, which is not included in service fee.
As for the latter condition, according to the general industry regulations, enterprises should be responsible for the expense and most of enterprises are willing to assume the expense since this action demonstrates enterprise's full respect for candidates. However, if enterprises are reluctant to bear the expense, head hunters will advise clients to make full communications with candidates first by other means, and meet candidates after full satisfaction. When both sides have definite intent, the payment of expense will be no problem any longer.
