A designated project leader will be responsible for each executive and/or employee search. The role of the project leader is to guide and lead team members to complete a search in a timely and effective manner.
Preparation
Demand Analysis
GEN will discuss with the client's human resource department and the hiring manager about the job description and position requirements. We will also seek to understand the client's background, size, organization structure and company culture so that our recruited employees provide the best possible fit with the client's needs.
Research
GEN will research the competitor's background information and employment history, as well as define the scope of the search. During this stage, GEN will not contact potential candidates and will keep all information confidential.
Implementation
When potential candidates have been identified, GEN will discreetly contact them to better understand their education background, work experience, salary requirements, and career development goals. If the position requires relocation to another city, GEN will further investigate their families' attitudes to such a move. Any information related to the candidates' current employment contracts (including compensation to employer for ending the contract) will also be collected.
Interview
GEN will then formally interview the candidates to more deeply explore each interviewee's work experience, educational background, motivation, personality, ability, potential and expected salary package. Generally, we will provide three to five qualified candidates for each position.

Client Interviews
Introduction
Once potential candidates have been identified, GEN will reveal the name of the employer and outline the recruitment process. Meanwhile, GEN will provide the client with the candidates' work experience, educational background, salary requirements, motivation, strengths and weaknesses, and other related information.
Interview
When the client has decided whom they are interested in, GEN will arrange the interviews.
Feedback
After each interview, GEN will discuss the results with the client, provide timely feedback to the candidate, and address any problems that may arise.
Employment
Negotiation
If desired, GEN will help the client to negotiate with the successful candidate about the salary package and will forward the job offer to the candidate.
Communication of Results
GEN will properly inform those candidates who were not selected for the position.
Tracking
During the probation period, GEN will keep in touch with the employed candidate and provide him/her necessary orientation and consulting services. If the client is unsatisfied with the recruited candidate, GEN will prepare to source additional qualified candidates at no additional charge.
